Spotting block paired with an Incline. Set the spotting block in front of incline and work athletes on handstand snap down Back handsprings.

2 Panel mats with an octagon. Have athlete start in a lunge on the first panel mat and have the second perpendicular with a space in between. The athlete will reach long onto the 2nd mat and perform a round off have the octagon placed against the 2nd mat to force the athlete to lift their chest and hands up
2 panel mats and an incline. Stack the panels and place them at the front of the incline, Start them in a lunge on panels and do round off back handspring down the incline.
Incline and Sting mat. By placing the sting mat on top of the incline make a nice soft landing for those athletes working on straightening their arms while learning.
