This two layer baltic birch subfloor is a fully assembled floor that is a cost effective alternative to the sprung floor.

Each floor is two layers of 3/8th baltic birch plywood with 1” x 2” supports underneath. Top boards are securely fastened with 1 linear yard of Hook and loop.

THE assembled foam block sprung floor, by Glory and Power, is two layers of plywood and Velcro system with 4" crosslink foam blocks for a great rebound. . Sprung Boards have one foam block for every square foot.
Floors can be shipped with Springs Detached, see the video below for instruction on adding springs.
