This kit includes everything you need to build your own 12’x42’ gymnastics and/or cheer spring floor.
The kit includes 5’x5’x3/8” Baltic Birch sheets, cut velcro, and all hardware: springs, bottom caps, top caps, bolts, t-nuts, and washers.
For assembly you will need on hand the following items: staple gun, tape measure, dead-blow hammer, circular saw or table saw. .

This kit ships to you ready to build. Everything you need to build a beautiful spring floor is included in your shipment: Baltic Birch plywood for a 2 layer floor. The Birch boards are 5’ x 5’ and 3/8th thickness, cut velcro, and all hardware: springs, bottom caps, top caps, bolts, t-nuts, and washers.

4" springs with top and bottom caps. Each bolt is held in with steel glue. Each retainer cap holds the spring and is secured with a Bolt and washer.
Note: The Spring Kit assembly is designed for a 2-layer Baltic Birch plywood floor. The hardware included is for 3/8" or 1/2" thickness.
