The Shinobi Ninja balls are made iwth in diameter 1 7/8" diameter balls attached to 1" nylon webbing straps made to loop around any rail (max. diameter of 1 1/2") for portability and ease of use. They can be added to a Shinobi Training course or used as part of your conditioning program.
